You may wish to share contacts on an intranet, or perhaps you have a number of service providers you want visitors to your site to be able to access.
CUse search or browse to locate contacts. Search results can be sorted in ascending and descending order by selecting a field name.
Contact email addresses are live links that can be used to open a new email message addressed to that selected contact.
Search results include a summary of contact information. By selecting a contact by name you can view an electronic business card with full details for that contact.
The contacts database comes with a number of standard fields, however site administrators can create custom fields to store contact information relevant to their specific needs.
The search screen is fully customisable by selecting fields that will facilitate the visitors to your site in quickly and easily locating the contact they need.
Contacts can be imported into the contacts database from file.
