Each FAQ (or frequently asked question) is associated with a category giving visitors the option to search or browse by keyword and/or category.
Older FAQ’s that may still be relevant to some members can be marked as archived so they do not appear in default searches but are available to those wanting to access these items simply by ticking a box.
